Hired these clowns on a cold night for a 60 mile tow to my hometown & was told they'd be an hour (fine). Called them after an hour & was told they were running late, but they didn't know for how long. Said they'd give me a cal when they were "2 minutes away" (rude, but..ok). Waited another 30 minutes... freezing & called again. Told again that they were running late but didn't know how long (ridiculous). After 2 hours,called again, but they stopped answering the phone and din't return messages. Called them 3 times without reply! Unbelievable and Unacceptable! So after that long waiting, I had to find another towing service who wanted my business.

Do yourself a favor and never call these clowns. They obviously don't care about customer service or satisfaction. Please spread the word... I'm gonna!

Best company in town. Has helped out my friends multiple times.
