I'm extremely happy with my haircut, I'm always so scared my hair will be a hot mess. I have been wearing wigs since 2006, this is my first haircut since then and I will be going back.

Went a couple of months ago to have my hair highlighted and lowlighted. Didn't work out the first time but came back a week later and had it re-done. It turned out beautiful. Going back today to have it done for my daughters wedding. The only problem the girl who did it is no longer there and they would let me pick a more experienced student. If it was for my daughters wedding I really wouldn't of cared. A little more nervous about it turning out the 1st time around. Don't have time for a second trip. Also because it got so late one of the instructors cut my hair. She did a magnificent job. Kinda scared to have a beginning student do that so close to the wedding date. I will keep my fingers crossed. JH

I have nothing but good experiences in the school. These individuals are learning and that is what you need to realize when going in. The cost is less, but well worth it. My daughter has looked absolutely gorgeous (hair and make-up) for school dances...and did not cost me an arm and leg. I myself have gone to both the school and salon...no problems with either!!! Just made another appointment for my son!

The actualy salon part of VICI is good, just DO NOT go to the school part for hair coloring...especially if you are one of the last appointments of the day. They will rush through it and wont put much effort into what you want to get done. They will tell you its not possible to get your hair that color ETC..I went to the salon side after that..and they said to get my hair colored the way i wanted was easy and looked beautiful! Pay the few extra dollars go to the SALON side of VICI!!!

44yrs.old went in to get caramel and few red highlights on blond hair came out fushia, then deep purple and then tried to put blond in couldn't, I am pink, chunks of color that look like a 5 year old put in and they can't do anything, hair breaking off OH MY GOD, Please don't use this salon because they can't even fix there own mistakes. I can't tell you how poorly they did, the lady is still working there to screw up again. I can't tell you how horrible I look now and they can't do anything except to put me to Brunette, I am NOT dark, BLOND!
