Recently I went through the VW Diesel buy-back process. I test drove cars at 2 different VW dealerships. One of them never even got back to me. I worked with Devin Hackney at Umansky in Milwaukee. The experience, hands down, was the most hassle-free car purchase I've ever made. I believe I got a fair price and everyone I worked with at Umansky was great. I did much of the communication about the purchase via email ahead of my buy back date and Devin went out of his way to locate the exact Tiguan I wanted in Iowa. He had the car in Milwaukee and ready to go on the date of my buy-back appointment. I'd gladly refer anyone that I know interested in a VW to Devin.

Have been quick and informative but not pushy.

A smooth process, I walked in with the information from their website for the vehicle and price I was looking for. After a small discussion everything was agreed and I was able to purchase my car. I've enjoyed the Golf I bought and plan to bring it back in for service at this location.

My second car I have purchased from Mike Bakenshteyn. Very honest and trustworthy. Purchased a 2012 Golf new from Mike and when it was time to buy a new car we settled on VW and Mike B did not disappoint us when we purchased the 2016 Jetta

Ben was great to work with! I was a bit apprehensive about traveling to Milwaukee to go car shopping, but once I arrived at Umansky and got inside the dealership, everyone there was very courteous, professional, and helpful. Although I expected a high-pressure sales experience, that was not the case. I really felt like they wanted me to find the car that was right for me and that they would do what it takes to get me in it. I left the same day with my 2014 Mercedes C-Class and am loving it. The quality and workmanship on the Mercedes line is impeccable, and you can tell that some common sense went into the intuitive design of all of the features and amenities of their vehicles. I would--and already have--recommended this dealership to anyone looking for quality high-end luxury or sport vehicles.

I always enjoy a wonderful service experience at this dealership. I drive an hour to get there and my service advisor Todd Dekker always expedites the service of my vehicle to accommodate the distance I travel to get there. He has either placed two service technicians on my vehicle to expedite the service or at least let them know that I am waiting on the vehicle. I would high recommend the Umansky Motors Service department and my service advisor Todd Dekker to anyone who also has a Mercedes-Benz vehicle, as they always keep mine in tip top running condition, and my service experience quick and enjoyable!

I recently had body work done on my Mercedes Benz, my car looked fab, but most importantly it was fixed right the first time around. I haven't filed a claim in about 15yrs, boy has the process changed considerably. I almost went to another bodyshop as a result. Purchasing our SUV at Umansky was wonderful. No games. No stress. No pressure. Working with Ben McCulley was a treat. Laid back... informative... a real nice guy. I didn't plan on financing our vehicle there, but they had better rates than my credit union. Winning! Chris in the finance department was top notch as well.
