Provided by YP.comI have purchased three homes in my lifetime. Every sale/purchase comes with headaches but Dale made sure that there were no headaches with my most recent home purchase in Milwaukee. Dale is the definition of a true professional: he knows of all the areas, he knows how houses were built based on the decade it was built, he knows of the potential issues when symptoms are evident during the home viewing, AND he knows how issues can be fixed and approximately how much it is going to cost. Dale is knowledgeable of the whole home buying process and facilitates it for you. He'll even politely remind you when you are delinquent with your own submittals.
Anyone who has purchased/sold a home knows it is an emotional journey. Dale will put the situation into perspective for you and it takes the emotion right out of the process. This results in a closed deal with a satisfied buyer AND seller.
What more can you ask for in a realtor? I would recommend Dale and his team to anyone and everyone I know.
