Never ever go for Tersus services!!!

We booked an appintment with them but they wanted full amount to be paid in advance before confirming the booking. We paid that and got an email confirmaing our booking. On the date agreed, no body turned up for cleaning. After trying to reach them over the phone for over 3 hours, someone finally answered the phone and said they forgot to send anyone and the only thing they can do is to refund the money.

It has been 3 weeks since that day and we haven't even received a refund or an email saying when we will receive it. No one answers the phone or responds to emails.

Don't go by their 35% discount offer. It's better to pay more and get the work done rather than losing the money without even getting any work done.

I wish I had the option of giving NO stars to this business!

Inconsistent cleaning services, often doing bare minimum to make it look like they were here to clean. At times non responsive to email concerns with things that were left un-cleaned after the crew had been here.

Tried and was patient for 2 years to get their service levels up to par with what was put in their contract, had no choice but to fire them.

Tersus stripped and waxed my store's display floor, and it was truly remarkable. Their price is affordable and they helped reduce my maintenance costs. They definitely improved the overall appearance of my store, and will be hearing from me again within the next six months.

This company does an amazing job. They serviced my home for a one time service and left it spotless. I was very impressed. They also serviced my carpets, lets just say you wouldn't even know that I have small children living in my home. I would highly recommend Tersus for all types of businesses and homes.
