I am often a critic of how automotive shops run. Tender Car is AWESOME!! They fixed my destroyed ford escape and even fixed a dent that I made for FREE. Plus they saved me $500 which is a lot of money. I don't know how they do all of it. I was in an accident a couple years ago and the body shop charged me the $500 deductible and were horrible! Tender Car is professional and easy to deal with. They always pick up the phone and are willing to help. Great job all around.

Brought my 2012 Chevy Malibu in due to an accident which wasn't my fault. Tender Car paid my ENTIRE deductible! Not only did they fix the car but they also detailed the car for free!!! The owner was more than willing to make any necessary accommodations since I live an hour away.



I had the car back within a week but noticed that a tail light had not been replaced; called them up and got it fixed the next day. The owner also gave me a bunch of free car washes for the hassle of bringing the car back in. More than happy with the service they provided and would gladly take my car there again.

I needed to take my care in to get the heat shield fixed and they treated me very well. I highly recommend taking your car in. They not only did what I asked them to do they also went out if there way and offered to put on my new wipers blades and swapped out my license plates for no extra charge! Would so bring my car back if need be!

Great place to get your car cleaned or fixed. I have had great luck using Tender Car for car cleaning over the last 10 years. But they recently gave me a quote on replacing my tires and I saved a ton of money from the goodyear that quoted me by my house. They sold me the same tires for over a hundred bucks cheaper.

This place took great care of the body work for my Toyota Avalon. Insurance company told me it was totaled but these guys gave me a great price on the repairs so I gave them the go ahead. They fixed my car like bran new. It looks amazing. And they covered my deductible. Awesome!

This place does quality work. The owner is very involved and takes a hands on approach to dealing with issues. I had a brake service done there and the pads wore down in 10k miles. They replaced them no charge and upgraded the pads. Impressed!

This place really impressed me with its service and overall quality of workmanship. The guy I talked to was truely a detailing craftsman. He obviously knew what he was doing. The quality really was apparent from the moment I went there. Only negative was I could barely pull in the lot because they were so busy. Overall, best job I could of expected.

ok dont laugh.... but i have a 97 geo metro and i love this p.o.s but it needs some love on the inside. im a single mom of too girls 5 year and 6year old. and let me tell you that they can really mess anything up and fast! so i reall needed a detialing .. at the best price possible bad. i took my geo their and got the "black tie" decent price and my car looked amazing they even got the stuff in the cracks that i never thought would come out. the out side look newer then when i got the car! i would go their again anythime. good price and they are sooooo nice to you.

it was decently priced and the people their were really nice and almost made me feel like i was at home. my car came out looking brand new and the new car smell was the best! i would love to go back their any time and do it all over again

My car is the best thing in my life and i never thought about taking it into a shop, but i put my guard down and took it to tender car and im so glad i did! they made me feel as though my car would be taken care of as if it was their own. They called me the second my car was done and even let me keep it there until i could go and pick it up!

The customer serice there was BOMB! When i picked my car up it smelt and looked AMAZING. I had a lot of stains that i thought would never be able to get out (thanks to my kids LOL) but somehow the guys at tender car got them out. I barly recognized my car when i got it back

Excellant service! Time efficient, along with great great customer service. I heard that tender car was an amazing place to trust my car being at, and that is 100% true. Not only was the work good; the people were very fast. I had my car back right on time to leave for my road trip up north. Couldnt ask for a better place to porter my car!

Totally worth the drive!!!! In my small town of Mayville its impossiable to find a detail center so I figured I would take my Mitsubishi Galant to the big city and see what they had to offer and OMG was I impressed. Pricing is sooo up my alley being that im a full time student. Couldnt of asked for a newer looking car! Thanks Tender Car :)

Man, Let me tell you how raw my car looked!! They waxed the s*** out my rims and had them bad boys looking BRAND NEW! On top of my whip coming out crispy as ever and I didnt even break my bank.

NEVER, NEVER again.



Shocked they're in the business of detailing cars & in a location with flocks of seagulls flying overhead!



Offered me an upgrade to their "White Glove" service (see: http://www.tendercar.com/2051716.html for what that SHOULD include). Katie said they would have the overnight crew take care of the car. I gave them extra time & picked up car late afternoon.



When I arrived, I could already see I wasn't going to be happy. Overspray on undercarraige, wax wasn't fully buffed away, rubbing compound residue, door jams hadn't been touched neither had the engine, carpeting hadn't been fully cleaned or dyed, wheel wells dirty, seagull poop on hood.



As I was looking over car, before I could even say anything, one of the managers came out & said if I wasn't happy they would make it right, also making point to say they weren't happy with overnight person who did work & would be firing him. Why even tell me the car was ready then?



Due to the time/gas I spent & now having to come back (I live 30 miles away), they said they would give me $20 discount. I gave them an extra couple days to make it right, emailed & called to let them know when I would be picking it up to make sure it would be completely redone (as promised by Manager Joe).



I arrived to wax overspray on undercarriage as well as rubbing compound residue, engine & wax job better, but when I flipped back seats forward...they hadn't even vacuumed much less cleaned carpet. Waited for 30 minutes while they took care of. Joe said if I had any other problems to come back, I live 30 miles away...why not take care of it the first time? I just wanted to get out of there...sick of excuses, lack of professionalism, etc.



Arrived home took closer look, they hadn't vacuumed or cleaned the trunk area or floor mats either, water spots in many areas, windshield smeared...and to top it off, rear window motor isn't working & is making loud tapping noise.



I own a small business, come from a family of small business owners & if I/we ran them this way...we wouldn't have lasted a year much less combined total of 39 years in business.

Stay away from them. Went there with high hopes looking at reviews but ended up with a huge disappointment. Probably worst customer service I've ever experienced. Asked to bring the car between 7:00-7:30AM, got there at 7:15AM and apparently place doesn't open until 8:00AM. So drop the keys into key box and left. Asked coworker to drive me there so make sure they get all information they need from me got there about 8:05 signed papers and asked when can I pick it up he said it'll be ready between 5:30 and 6:00 I asked if it is possible they can finish it before he said it is possible give us a call around 4:00. I said I will but asked that if they are not done by 5:00 PM it is possible to pick it up next morning he said sure pick it up at 8:30. So gave them a call at 4:30 he said car is not ready and won't be ready until tomorrow 9:00AM because it was dropped off too late during the day (after 2PM). I told him it wasn't true he said that's what he sees on the paper work and there is nothing he can do (after hanging up on me twice). So apparently they are overwhelmed with groupon response and can't handle the volume they receive and trying easy wait out blaming customers. There are many friendly and cheaper places around the city so this place is definitely not in my list or anybody that I know anymore.

90% of my detail went well. Most of the inside of my car was gorgeous! However, they lost my 2 mo old steering wheel cover, there were water spots all over the inside back window, a ton of dirt in the center console, my car was running when I arrived so who knows how long that was going on, and my driver's side rear-view was nearly falling out of the housing. Joe @ the front desk was rude as hell, which leads me to believe that other Grouponers have been jerks. I called today to give my concerns and they offered me another wash, which would have been awesome if I lived in town. Then they found the cover (which was very beat up I was told) and if I wanted to buy one and the next time I was in the city I could get the money for that. What's so hard about just refunding me $20? I paid the upgraded Groupon package. If I got that kind of service after paying the full price I'd be mad as hell. So I just feel so-so about my experience - I'd be more satisfied if I lived in the city, I guess.

Tender car gave me great service on my both my cars. The completely wowed my on my 1961 Ford Galaxy. I couldn't believe the old red color could shine like that. On my Denali SUV, they got this nasty smell out, and made the inside look like bran new. I don't know how they did it, but they managed to even get between all the seats and in all the compartments. I really was impressed with the young man who dealt with me, Chris. He gave me the kind of service you don't see too much of now a days. They really have pride in their business here, and they always seem to have tons of cars. I give them 2 thumbs up!

I went in to Tender Car for a car wash, and I left with a bran new car! When these guys wash a car, they don't just wash the car. These guys clean the wheels, tires, wheel wells, bugs, EVERYTHING! I couldn't believe how clean my car looked after 15 minutes. The car was vacuumed, windows, I can't even list it all. And they did all this for 20$. It was seriously the best car wash I have every got. I also was treated with great service. Being a woman, I am always weary about going into any automotive place. But these guys were very courteous, didn't try to pressure me into buying anything extra, made some suggestions for future considerations (wax and shampoo) and let me go on my way. I give my 100% backing of this place.

I was very happy with the job done by Tender Car. My car was filled with dog hair, and I don't think there was a strand left when they were done. The owners gave me wonderful customer service. I asked for an estimate on a key scratch on my paint, and one of the technicians buffed it out for me at no charge! I am so pleased to see a business bringing back customer service. I highly suggest this place to anyone looking to get there vehicle cleaned.

I brought my husbands car here for interior detailing and besides all the dirt and residue left behind they also managed to remove some paint from his radio dials. The staff is curtious I will give them that but when the whole treatment for the car costs $100 I am expecting the car to look great especially since their website boasts how they get into the cracks and crevices and this clearly wasn't apparent in our car! They also state on their site that "You'll feel great after getting this job done," well I wish i would never have taken my car there to begin with. Go to The Full Service Car Wash in Hales Corners for much higher standards!
