When I decided to hire an attorney for my Social Security Disability claim, I worried that I might get an attorney who didn't really put much work into it, and just accepted cases in hopes of some easy money if the claim is successful. I've heard that there are some attorneys who pretty much do just that. Turned out that choosing Tabak Law was the right choice and I did a lot of worrying for nothing. When I got to my hearing, the judge clearly and completely understood the case file without me having to explain anything (and my file was somewhat large and complex). Tabak law has not helped me one bit during the last 18months fighting to re estate my Ssi disability payments .my lawyer Caroline showed no respect to the professionalism in applied efforts in taking my case to the board and expected me to do all the footwork which I did an she still can't seem to get my back pay let alone my benefits re enstated even when I been in and out of the hospital these last 17 months and mental health as well seeing therapists go figure she brings the new meaning to an attorneys worth.erik lopez

I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Alex and his assistant Emily who were both great! I honestly felt that they cared about me and my family. When I first called Tabak I was not sure if I was eligible to get anything else from my work comp claim since the claim was already conceeded. However, Attorney Alex informed me that because it was a back injury that the insurance company owed my money for a loss of earning claim.
