Don’t get me wrong the windows look amazing. Tint is great and perfect even added the front windshield eyebrow and was definitely worth it. Although tint is great the service was “eh”. They said they would call me when it was complete(1.5-2 hours) and 3 hours later and still no call from them and i show up to them working on new vehicles and my car sitting outside frosted over from the cold weather(can tell it’s been awhile). and they managed to not understand me in the beginning saying what i wanted the tint to be and ALL 4 windows so i got repeatedly asked about it all over and over again. It is a smaller place and can only work on 2 cars at a time.

These guys did a great job! They were courteous and professional. The work was done when they said it would be done. And 5 stars for little Killer...sweetest dog ever!

I brought my car in without appointment and was given a call 3 hours later that my car was finished. The customer service was excellent. He provided me with the information that I needed to make sure that I didn't mess up the work that he had done. The work was done well. I think there's a great crew there and I will recommend them to others.

Absolutely horrible experience. Made an appointment for days in advance. Showed up on time waited and hour and twenty minutes for the guy to come downstairs... He walked down had an attitude that their was tint on it. Refused to remove and tint it then. Never will recommend to anyone. It was infested with flies as was extremely dirty. Do not go here.

DON'T DO IT!!!. I went to State Fair and they left a flyer on my windshield. I called a few weeks later to schedule an appt. because it was cheap and he said he'd been doing this for 20 years. Well, the kid who actually did the work was about 25yrs old so he obviously didn't have that experience. I had my windshield done. I noticed, after driving down the road that the cutout around the mirror was not not symmetrical on each side. Also noticed 3 small bumps in the window. I turned around and went back within 10 minutes. He said the bumps were water bubbles and they would go away. Well, days later they were still there. I didn't notice the mirror until I got home and then called him to let him know about it. He said he wouldn't redo the job but he would cut it so that both sides matched more evenly. The problem with that is: one side was cut too far already and to get them to match he would have had to cut the other side "too far" too and therefore leave the gaps that I didn't want to see. I ended up going to Blackout, where I've been before and should have gone back to. They removed it and redid the job the right way. It's alittle more money but very professional. And you can actually watch what the person is doing whereas at Superior they have you wait in a building next door.

You get what you pay for.

I took my car in about three weeks ago to get my four windows and back window tinted. The back window looked hideous. They cut around my brake light so the back window tint was not completely solid. And I have light interior so the contrast was awful. I took the car back in and one of the workers looked at it and told me he would call me back after he talked to his technician. He made it seem like it was an error that could be fixed- there was clearly enough clearance to get the film behind the brake light. I never got a call back and had to call them- then he said he forgot to ask the technician so he asked then. And then he said that was the best that they could do- they couldn't do anything for me at all. The warranty was useless. First of all I have seen my model car with the back window tinted with no cut out. And why would a 'professional' place even cut around the brake light- it does not look good and for a company to be doing window tinting for over 20 years you should have the experience and tools to get around the tightest spaces. I had to get my windows fixed as the side windows were bubbling already also! I requested 35% window tinting all around and my windows screened out at 25%...another error. I had to go elsewhere to get everything fixed and completely redone!!!

I don’t know what the other negative reviewers are talking about. This place is terrific! I brought my car here because one of my other friends told me about it, and her car looked great! A few months later I went back because they changed the tint law and I could actually tint my front windows too! I just bought a new car and will bring it to them again! You can’t beat the price; and the colors of the tint are superb! The guys know what they are doing, they are really nice and if you make an appointment they can get you in and out in a matter of about an hour. My tints never pealed or bubbled in the 4 years I kept the car.

This was the 6th car we've taken to Superior Window Tinting and out of 6 cars they messed up 3 of them.... Why would i continue to take cars back there to get them tinting when they messed up previuos car i still ask myself... First car they messed up.. we asked for 5% tint all around, we specifilly said the rears are factory tinted already so your gonna have to put like 20% on them to get them to all equal 5%... what do they do... they put 5% over the factory tint which made it really dark in the back... like 2%.. Second car the tint job was good but they took a razor to my rear window and i had scratch marks alont the whole window... Third car... Brand new car onlly 2 days old and i told them dont use a razor on my windows because of what happened to my previous car.. they said they wouldnt... i said please be very careful with my car... they again said they would... i also asked for 5% tint.. i come back in a hr and a half and is done... I put my kids in the car and notice black stuff all over my light seats... i call the owner over to look at it and he trys to blame me and says it was already there...wtf.. this is a brand new car fresh off the semi only 2 days ago... im super picky with my cars and i know 100% that was not there.. I look over the car more and see razor marks on my windows... after i told them dont use a razor on my glass....then im looking at the tint and it looks lighter then my previous cars with 5%.. i ask him this is 5% right he says yes... i get home and compare it to my other car with 5% and its super lighter.. we call and complain and he insist its 5%... I wait the 7 days before the windows can be rolled down and i take it to another tint shop and they test it... the tint meter reads 12% not 5%... so they lied to me over and over agian... So i call them up after seeing bubbles and jagged edges and knowin the shade was not the shade i paid for and told him i want them to take it off and refund my money.. He said he would... A week or so later i had them remove it, i was super nervous to have them touch my car again... They took it off in like 2 hrs or so .... and u think after all this they would be super careful and take care of my $30,000 car... what do i see when i get it home... spilled coffee on the cloth of my doors... are you serious???? I WOULD NEVER IN A MILLION YRS TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THEM!!!! They are very unprofessional there shop is small and a mess i should have known... They're cheap but u get what you pay for!!!! I am now spendin the extra $125 and taking it to Blackout window tint by far a better, cleaner, more professional business...

Came in on Monday morning at 11am (when they opened) and asked if they had any openings that day. The owner told me they had an opening from 6-8pm. I came back at 6pm, they started on my car right away and were done in less than an hour. Only cost $139.99 for a four door car. A week later the windows look great, and plan on returning here in the future if I ever need tinting done again. A+

I purchased a new car and took it for window tinting. They finished the job quickly and the cost was reasonable. Seven days later when I was able to roll the windows down the tint was about an inch away from the edge of the glass. The owner of the garage refused to correct the problem, but did remove the tint which caused damage to the windows. I would never recommend this garage to anyone! Cheaper doesn't always mean better.

when i got there early they took in my brand new car and got it done pretty quick.ive had a lot of cars and had them tinted with bad results but they are the best at tinting i will recomend them to all my friends and i will only go there, and they have the best price in the area if you go any were else your probably going to pay to much or not get the tint job like they due FLAWLELL PROFECTOIN
