I will never go here again and I believe I dealt with the owner. He should have just told me he didn't want to assist me. Instead, he treated me garbage and I will be reporting this incident to BBB immediately.

Terrible Terrible place to do business by far worst customer service in the world

I stopped by the other day n when I came in I noticed that nobody greeted me when I came in n they didn't even have what I wanted!!! They OVERPRICE everything n never wanna negotiate!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY. ..HORRIBLE

2 days before a cold snap I decided to get a remote start, most places I called had a 2 week wait for install. I called Sound on Wheels they said I could come in right away. I stopped in told them what I wanted, they did NOT pressure me me in to something I did need. They were very nice, they told me about 2 hours for install and it was done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. And the price was 50-200 cheaper than the other place I called.
