We had a change in my husband's life insurance policy and ended up going with a different provider. Upon learning this, Sean Aldrich swore at my husband and called him an idiot. When I called Sean back for an explanation, he claimed my husband was lying and that I shouldn't trust him. If you expect to be treated with respect, as we do, please do not purchase your insurance here. We are switching all of our products to a different insurance company.

I was in the market for a Personal Articles Policy to insure my photography gear, and came to Sean's office to see what they offered since it was located in between work and home.

Since i shoot professionally, one of his employees Jake G. was very helpful in explaining several different policies, and why i might need one over the other. The WHY is the important part for me because he explained the advantages of several different policies and let ME decide what was best for me. Deciding on insurance is pretty stressful for me, and Sean's office made me feel like the decision was in my hands, and i didn't feel pressured or forced into something i didn't want.

After deciding on the Personal Articles Policy, Sean and Jake asked if I was in need of any other types of insurance. I had already been insured by State Farm for my renters insurance, and had a motorcycle and auto policy with another insurer. So my first reaction was "No Thanks, I'm all covered." But doing their due diligence, they offered to run some numbers for me and see if they could come in at a lower price, with the same coverage for my auto and bike insurance. "Sure" was my reaction, since it's no trouble to me, and if I can get a lower rate, AND consolidate my bills, why not.

It turns out that my monthly bill with State Farm for Renters, Auto, Motorcycle, AND the Personal Articles Policy comes in LESS than my previous auto insurance alone! So needless to say, i consolidated all of my insurance needs with Sean's Office after that news. Oh, and an added bonus for motorcycle riders in the area, you can suspend all but liability in the winter months when you're not riding your bike, which lowers the motorcycle bill to about 2 bucks a month in the winter!

Overall I'm very pleased with the service Sean and his employees offer at their office. Always prompt, always comprehensive, always thorough, and I'd always recommend them for ALL types of insurance.

Sean is an outstanding agent. He keeps me informed of changes in laws, coverage, and inventment opportunities. There is never a high pressured sell. He has his clients best interst in mind. He has been my agent for over ten years and I'm not sure what I did before him. Give him a call!

Sean was very helpful when I met with him. He took the time to get to know me and did not come across as just trying to sell me something. He found out what my needs were and advised me what I should be doing to properly protect myself. I am definitely recommending him to my family and friends.
