I can only speak from my own experience! This company is a joke! They are beyond unprofessional and has been a nightmare since the day we moved in. One of the properties that my family and I rented was infested with MOLD! The property experienced a flood before we moved in. They painted over it, so when we viewed the home we could not see it. In addition, when it rains the basement floods and majority of what we stored down there was damaged. Also, the electrical is still tube and knob wiring, which is a fire hazard. Every time something would be plugged in the fuses would blow. We had to ( on several occasions ) purchase fuses, because no one would reply back to the many calls we placed to the company. Not to mention, if there was an emergency over the weekend they were closed, and nothing would be fixed or attended to until Monday. The paint began to peel in the bathroom, due to no exhaust system in the bathroom, which revealed the mold. Also in the back bedroom closet and behind the door in that room as well. There was a huge crack in the foundation in the garage that no one would fix. The floor in the living room is very unstable. If the average size person jumped the whole living room would shake. A lot of these things were unnoticed upon the initial showing because the did so many "updates" that we were blinded by the other issues with the home. The leasing agent "Mary" is beyond rude and disrespectful. Instead of a proper call she would text you, or just not even reply. This last year was a nightmare and very frustrating. Do some digging before you rent through them. they are scumbags. If I could give them NO stars I would
