They didn't deliver the sofa on the scheduled date. So we ended up w/ guests who were already invited who had to sit on the floor

because we took their word and thought the delivery would be made in time. They oddly do not have voice mail set up so if you call and no one answers you cannot leave voicemail.. The sofa itself (when it showed up) was great. Their issues seem to be delivery/scheduling and communicating any delays with the customer rather than waiting for them to call and ask what happened.

I went and visited the store l...

I went and visited the store looking for a bedroom set. We found one we liked and purchased right then and there. Was a bit skeptical because of some of the reviews here, but I was absolutely glad we did! We got our new bed set delivered AND ASSEMBLED in less than a week. Great prices and definitely worth doing business with!!!!!!

***DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY***I ordered a mattress through them and they said it would take 3 weeks to come in. About 3 1/2 weeks later I had to call, and they told me it would be in that Friday, but that I should call just to make sure (they at least admit that it's unlikely that they will remember to call you...guess they don't use outlook calendars or anything). When I called on Friday, they said the next Tuesday or Wednesday. When I called on Tuesday, they put me off yet again. With that, I asked what sort of compensation I could expect for the bad service if it was more than 2 weeks later than expected. I was told I would get a call back about that, but of course never did. When I called the next day, I was told that the company they ordered my mattress through would only make deliveries if there was a large order, so they didn't know when my mattress would come in, they tried to give me $50 off the $700 purchase price. That pretty much felt like a slap in the face to me, so I said no and that I'd just take the refund. They said it would take 2-3 days to show up to my account. I was not surprised 3 days later when I didn't see any sort of credit to my account. Of course a call was made and they weren't sure why it hadn't gone through. Though I should check again the following Monday. Monday came around and no credit. We were leaving for vacation so a week went by before they got another call from me. The manager proceeded to tell me that he had to wait 14 days to issue the refund in case there was a dispute...so apparently the 2-3 day promise was BS, again, not surprising. After some serious complaining, he agreed to talk to his "office manager" who is likely a bogus person, to get him to issue the refund that day, and that I should see it in another 2-3 days. We were approaching the 60 day (since the purchase was made) mark, so I decided to call my cc company and dispute the charge. Thankfully I did that b/c the cc company said that charges couldn't be disputed more than 60 after the purchase/payment!! Thankfully Amex has credited our account and is taking care of this for us! Ruelles offered some great deals, but the service is so aweful, it just isn't worth it.
