I read several good reviews for this company online and my wife and I were in need for siding and windows so I contacted PCS. I had requested a quote from them and they had stopped over on a couple of different occasions to take measurements. The gentleman who had stopped the last time said that I SHOULD have my quote within a couple days (this was a Thursday). So I figured that I would have one by Monday. On Monday I received a call from the sales guy who stated that I would have a quote by the end of the day. Nothing came (via email as promissed). Then two days later (Wednesday) I emailed the sales guy to let him know that I still didn't have a quote. No response from him or the comany. The next day I emailed him to let him know that I was going in a different direction and that I was dissapointed that I still haven't received the quote that was promised. Still no response. Nothing apologizing for the delay-nothing. I would never do business with this company and I will tell all of my customers (in sales) that this business is unreliable. If you can't get a quote out in the dead of winter to a prospective client, what kind of work will you get from them?? Very poor customer service.

Let me start with a short story. I needed to raise my garage and replace the garage floor. To keep this short and sweet, I chose PCS as my company after a process. I needed it done immediately because we were closing on our house in a week. Well, I think it is safe to say this was a large project to do in a short amount of time with a high stress overtone. Not only was my closing on the line, but my buyers, and the sellers of our new home on down.



The most important takeaway of this review is that Mike Salinas is the man who made it happen. Let me tell you how hardworking, dedicated, courteous, and smart this guy is. We had some unexpected problems which you really couldn’t have planned for which ended up setting us back 2 days and layered on a heavy helping of stress for my wife and I. Mike made a few phone calls and had the job site swarming with guys all day Saturday and all day Sunday as well as jumping in himself and updating me along the way. Honestly, I didn’t think they were going to get it done on time but he really pulled through to pour the new garage floor on Monday morning so we could close just barely on time. It is refreshing to know that someone you hire as a contractor really takes pride in his work. I have hired many contractors in the past and had some good results and bad results but this time I have identified the standard to which I would like all of my future contractors to aspire to be. That sounds a little heavy on the compliments, but I really mean it. Mike made it happen, and without him and his resources, we would have never finished on time. Plus, they did the work for a more than reasonable price and I was very happy with the result.



The people were great, Misty in the office, Michael and max the owners, Ed / Dave / Dato / Dominick the concrete guys, Josh (who worked probably 80 hours on the garage), and all the others who came to help on the weekend. Ladies and gentlemen, I am one satisfied customer, ask for Mike Salinas by name when you want to get something estimated, he is one of a kind.

Great general contracting, roofing and painting company. Very professional and I've enjoyed working with them.

I used Mike last fall for my roof tear-off at my house. He's great to work with and I look forward to working with him more this Spring.

Wow! I can't believe I hadn't heard of PCS until this year, when I desperately needed my house painted. My husband and I were so appreciative of the quality paint job and the friendliness of the workers-- We felt as if they were our friends! I would recommend PCS to anyone, commercial or residential, that wants a great bang-for-your-buck! Thank you PCS!

I started using PCS 2 years ago when a friend referred me for an investment property I was remodeling. Since then I've used them for my home and all my other property for painting and and unit turns. I would strongly recommend.
