unless of course you like walking into dingy hallway where neither the entrance nor the back door are ever secure. You like having your mail/ packages stolen because the mail boxes are broken and easy to open. You like being blown away by either the forever lingering pot smell or BO. You enjoy fighting over one washer and one drier ... both of which ALWAYS seem to be occupied with someones molded laundry ... FYI ... the machines are overpriced anyway and DO NOT WORK PROPERLY. You enjoy seeing torn up garbage bags spilling over with smelly garbage lined up outside in front of peoples patios and cars because people are too lazy to walk to either of the two garbage bins located on both ends of the block. ...



My list could continue, but I'll spare you the novel. POINT: There are much better apartments in better locations that are CHEAPER... FYI ... They've raised their prices ... if you can ... buy a house... your mortgage payment will be about the same...possibly cheaper.



You may be asking yourself... Why haven't I complained...I HAVE... One ... they have a huge turnover. I've talked to 5 different people in the 2years we've been here...(READ every line on the contract... verbally, we were told after our year lease was up it was month to month, after our first year, they had us sign a document obligating us for another year....we're out of here as of the first... are 2 years aren't up so we're taking a loss ... but IT IS WORTH IT ...

and two ... they do a real good job listening to your complaints (in the most polite condescending manner I have ever seen) but never follow through.



Don't be lured into the beautiful cathedral ceilings like I was ...

Like I wrote before ... Milwaukee has better apartments out there for the same price.
