Uneven

This is a hard place to rate, because it's very uneven. The atmosphere is your typical spa-type place though compared to some of the other places I've been, it's a little cramped. It's a very calm place and everyone works very hard to make it very welcoming. But the spa services run hot and cold. I've had really good services and I've had really bad services. The facials were ok, nothing special, but not horrible either. The massages I've had were really bad. They have one of the best eyebrow waxing people in the city at the downtown salon, however. The hair services are excellent, too.
