Wonderful customer service! I bought a pink paint called exotic pink and it was much too pink for my walls. No store I called was very optimistic about making it any lighter, but I brought it in and the guy was optimistic. He suggested adding green and white and after a few tries we got it just right! Now it's a lighter and a bit purply and fits the room perfectly! They might not be able to fix every problem, but they certainly will try!
