Messmer Preparatory Catholic School provides learning opportunities for more than 450 students in kindergarten through grade eight. Its academic curriculum includes reading, math, science, social studies and religion, as well as Spanish. Located in Milwaukee, the school offers a variety of programs, including gym, art, music, band, and before- and after-school care. Messmer Preparatory Catholic School also participates in various extracurricular activities and field trips. It is a part of Messmer Catholic Schools, which also operates several other schools that serve urban populations. Founded in 1925, Messmer Catholic Schools is accredited by the Independent School Association of the Central States (ISACS), Wisconsin Religious and Independent Schools Accreditation Association (WRISA) and North Central Association (NCA).
