McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Horrible service. Rancid chicken nuggets because the grease was never changed and when I questioned that I was asked to come back and get different ones and when I did and they were still rancid! I was accused of lying about it! Will never go back there again! And this was after going there every day for months and spending lots of money there and they treated me that way!

Terrible service. Manager Tina was unprofessional and disrespectful. The cashier didnt know what to do when i ordered a mcflurry and it was never rung up appropriately. She told me to go back in drive thru. I have kids and i waited a long wait to get my food so i should have just gotten the mcflurry for free on their end. Unfortunately, manager Tina took her time to get to the drive thru window and had a very nasty attitude towards me and didnt even bother to solve the problem appropriately. She gave a very dirty glare and cut me off when i was talking. Majority of the time when i come to this mcdonalds, i always experience complications. Never once did Tina say sorry or let me fix that for you or offer a free mcflurry to compensate my dissatisfaction. This mcdonalds always has problems and this was the last draw I have had. The managers need to be retrained on how to be an effective leader instead of blame their customers. I can honestly say i will never come back to this mcdonalds ever again. I have lost all hope for this terrible location
