Shoddy Workmanship and Flight Risk best describes my experience with Tre Easton of LO’Z Fix It Legacy, LLC. Here is why:

Tre Easton, owner of LO’Z Fix It Legacy, LLC was hired to remodel only the shower / bathtub area of our bathroom. This remodel mainly consisted of demolition of walls, install new tile, resurface bathtub, install new grab bars, towel rack, shower curtain rods install and stain quarter rounds, remove trash.

Shoddy Workmanship
(1) Did not place spacers between tiles. All tiles had to be removed and thrown away. I ended up purchasing new tile -- an added expense.

(2) During the wall demolition, Tre damaged our ceiling as well as other areas of our bathroom. When brought to his attention, he said that I should pay for the damage that he caused.

(3) Dry wall was cut crooked and did not cover the area. Drywall had to be taken down and re-cut -- an added expense.

Flight Risk
Tre and his employee, Bill, drove in Tre’s truck to Menards to purchase supplies for the remodel job. I drove my car. As we were searching for supplies, Tre disappeared in the store. We, Bill and I, assumed Tre was inside the store looking for materials to complete the job. After 30+ minutes, we started looking for Tre inside Menards. When we could not find him, Bill (Tre’s employee) went to where Tre parked his truck. Tre’s truck was GONE. Tre left us at Menards and did not tell us that he was leaving. He stranded his employee without any means of transportation to get home. While we were looking for Tre, he secretly went back to my house, picked up his tools and left. He walked off the job with our deposit. Not only did Tre strand his employee at Menards without any mode of transportation to get home, Tre stranded me with an unfinished bathroom and shoddy workmanship. I ended up taking his employee home.
