Very bad customer service. Wouldn't take card and demanded the rest of payment in cash and made me walk to family dollar to use a broken ATM that charged me $2.00 and did not dispense my money. Overall experience, very unhappy and the tax preparer had attitude. Never coming back. I suggest you don't go there.
