We hired Willie after he walked us through a house he was working on down the street from us He claimed to have done all the work himself we later found out from the homeowner that most of the work was done by subcontractors and NOT Willie
Willie agreed to update our kitchen He quoted us $10,500 and on May 25th we signed a contract and wrote him a check for $6000.
After talking to him about more work he asked for an additional $1500 which we gave him.
He cashed both of those checks on June 2nd
The agreement was that he would complete our work while we were traveling from June 9th-18th
When we got home on June 18th we found our kitchen was empty and our bathroom sink was not hooked up so we brushed our teeth in the bath faucet that night.
Willie told us the kitchen cabinets would be delivered to our house within 14 days.
Over the next week he slowly patched our old kitchen back together but the electric still wasn't done and there were so many problems with the plumbing that we had to hire someone else to fix both sinks and finish reinstalling our bathroom cabinet-he did the job in 15 minutes.
On June 22nd after pushing Willie to tell us an exact date for the kitchen cabinets to arrive, he admitted that he had not actually ordered them yet and had spent our money on other jobs. He then said he would have to wait on checks from other jobs in order to complete ours.
I told him he needed to meet me at Home Depot and order the supplies-he agreed to do so but stood me up and stopped returning my texts or calls.
When I confronted his crew they were shocked because they had not been paid in months and were struggling to finish other jobs due to lack of materials
Willie responded to us once we threatened legal action and agreed to pay for the materials but kept missing deadlines to do so.
I have given Willie every opportunity to pay us back even in small amounts, he has made no gesture to follow through on this

We hired Willie to install Exterior doors and screen doors on our home. Willie seemed pretty good at first, until we looked at our doors. The exterior doors were installed crooked. He also drilled holes in the wrong spots of our screen door. To make matters worse, Willie drilled in the door handle on our screen door in the wrong place. We were not able to close our screen door or exterior door. He left without fixing the issue.
After calling Willie he apologized admitted his errors and stated he would pay us back the cost of the install and the cost of the custom screen door since we have to re-order it. It has 4 months and we still have not received payment. He has texted us stating the money is coming yet we have received nothing. He now will not answer our calls or texts. I do not recommend. We are out the cost of our door and had to hire someone else to fix the doors.

The company (JDM Development) is dishonest. The service (roofing) was a major disappointment. What will happen is Willie will indicate that he serves the Lord. By that, it gives the impression that he is an honest person. He quoted me a “great price.” The price was much cheaper than my original quote. However, once I paid Willie a portion of the money to start, the company did not start right away. I called and left a message asking what day they were going to start. When I talked to Willie before, he said he could do it right away, but that obviously did not occur. The company finally starting tearing down the roof, while I was at work, but Willie never told me he was coming over to work. I was talking to my neighbor, and he said that he didn’t know I was getting a new roof. I told my neighbor that I did not know that they were coming. To make a long story short, they left pieces of the roof in the yard, had soda cans in the yard, and had a couple of bags laying in the yard.



After the tear off, I could not get a hold of Willie; I called and left messages, but he would not pick up. So, my cousin called Willie from another number, and Willie picked up. Days later, Willie and his crew came to shingle the roof, but Willie said he needed more money to complete the work. His excuse was that he needed to tear out a section of the roof to make it flush. When the job was finished, the roof was not flush. In fact, the roof was worse when he was done shingling. I told Willie that some of the shingles were flapping up, and he indicated it was because of my gutter. I gave Willie the rest of the money because he was proud of the work, and I was too tired of having to fight with people to do a job in which they were paid to do.



Right now, the roof looks terrible, and I am going to have to have someone go over his work. I called Willie to tell him there were pieces of shingles hanging from the roof, and he said he would come and fix it, but he never did. I am more sad than anything. Willie is a nice guy, and he indicated that he has been in the roofing business for more than 20 years, but this cannot be true. At least I hope not.

will is the ceo/president of this company, he is very dishonest because he took money for a job and used it for his owm money. he had to be referred to the bbb, consumer protection and the district attorney and small claims court before he would refund the money back because he didn't want to be criminally prosecuted by the district attorney's office. he said once you give him the money for a job it becomes his. so be aware that you may have to go the legal route in order to get your money back. he will not take your calls if he knows your number. it took many months to get the money back . it will also end up costing you money by sending him certified letters that he won't accept and money you have to pay to take him to small

claims court. so don't do business with will unless you want a headache.

Be aware of doing business with this company!!!! Please don't do it to yourself. Before I signed the contract, will was calling me daily to get my business. I signed a contract on 8/18 for roofing and drywall work on one of my rental properties. Will picked up the check on Monday and said he was going to drop off the materials on Thursday and start the drywall work--well he was no call' no show. I called him a million times and he kept sending me to voice mail. He never called me back. I got up the next morning called him again, he kept throwing my call to voice mail. Instead of calling me, he called the tenant and let them know he would be there by 10am to drop off materials and to start work. Of course the tenant called and said he was supposed to be there at 10 and it was 11, no call, no show. I had a guy friend of mine call from a number he did not recognize and of course he answered on the first ring. My guy friend snapped on him & fired him and told him to drop my money off because he was way too unprofessional. I

called from a number he did not recognize and he picked up on the first ring. So he wanted to complain about my guy friend calling him, but nothing about not showing up or why he hadn't purchased any of my materials. Needless to say, it's 8/30 and I'm ring to get my money back from dude--he did no work or didn't purchase any materials. This fool had the nerve to drop off a postcards check for 9/6-then we got in a screaming match about me not getting my money back and all he could say was oh well, that is the soonest you can get your money. So I will be contacting every source possible against him including better business bureau, the licensing board and the action 6. Remember cheap prices does not equate to professionalism. Will Pritchard is horrible and I wouldn't even recommend him to my worst enemy!!! Save yourself a headache and do not deal with him. He deserves negative stars!!!

I contacted this company for a few home improvements and to say the least since hiring them it has turned into a major home improvement task. The workers destroyed more than they fixed. When I confronted them they had the nerve to be rude about destroying my property. They also came unprepared for the job and I believe one of the workers had been drinking! They also stayed on lunch more than they worked(destroyed more then they fixed)!!! When I called to complain to the owner he said he would come out and personally correct the problems. I have Not seen him yet and he doesn't answer my calls or return my messages! I am warning everyone: IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR HOUSE INTACT DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! IT SUCKS!!!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS "BUSINESS" TO ANYONE. THEY DO NOT COMPLETE THE JOB IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER OR IN A TIMELY FASHION. THIS IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF. THIS GUY STARTED A ONE DAY JOB OVER A WEEK AGO AND THE JOB IS STILL NOT COMPLETE .HE NEVER SEEMS TO HAVE ALL OF THE NECESSARY SUPPLIES TO COMPLETE A JOB. I ACTUALLY HAD TO PURCHASE A TOOL THAT WAS ESSENTIAL TO THE COMPLETION OF MY PROJECT BECAUSE HE DID NOT HAVE THE TOOL... HOW PROFESSIONAL! THE WORK ITSELF IS, AT BEST, SHODDY. I COULD HAVE GONE TO A PLAYGROUND AND GRABBED A COUPLE OF KINDERGARTENERS THAT COULD DO A BETTER JOB. IN SHORT, IF YOU WANT A PROFESSIONAL JOB WITH A DEFINITE COMPLETION DATE, SKIP THIS COMPANY
