I have been here three times now and each time has definitely been a success.
I came here after a referral from a friend who takes his 2007 GTi in regularly - I was not sure if I was getting good value at the other place I was taking my GTi, so I decided to check out Jason imports. Needless to say, it was a good idea.
These guys are a wealth of knowledge and they really know their VWs and Audis - but they won't break the bank to fix your car.
I brought my car in for a couple separate issues (which my other shop could not figure out) and they were able to not only diagnose all of the issues, but fix them for a very reasonable price. Nick always does great work and cares more about fixing your car then talking your ear off. - they're not pushy with repairs and will give you straightforward advice on what your CAR needs.
I'm glad I found them!

I have a 2004 530i that had the ccv freeze up and on -40 degree day and pushed the oil out through my exhaust. I had the car towed to Jason imports and they fixed it at I guess would be a ok price. I think it was 600-800, I cant remember. If I remember correctly he replaced the ccv and the hoses and put a ccv winter kit on(which I was able to visibly see the new insulated hoses). My major issue was the customer service of the mechanic working, he just seemed very rude and had a constant attitude. if I could give 3.5 stars I would. They got my car fixed in a timely manner but customer service on the mechanic's part sucked. I would have rated higher with 4 or 5 stars if the customer service was better.

This business deserves a rating of NO stars, but this stupid thing won't let me post this without a rating. Holy sh*t, I've never seen worse customer service in my life. The place was recommended to me by a friend, so I called to ask about their services and their prices. Instead of responding with something like "It would be really hard to give you an estimate without inspecting the car b/c costs will vary a lot depending on the exact services you need," (I can understand that), the d**k who answered the phone started YELLING at me for even asking him this question!!!



So here's my advice...don't waste your time. This place and these people are a JOKE. And by "these people" I mean people working at Jason's Imports, not foreigners. I am a foreigner myself, and this is NOT the way we treat people (potential PAYING CUSTOMERS, at that!!)...anywhere. Take your money and your time elsewhere.

I have been going to Jason Imports since my first car, a 1979 VW Scirocco all the way up to my 2007 Passat turbo with many others in between. they offer honest repairs, don't try to do additional work you don't need and will tell you if something will need attention in the future.
