Nice man to deal with. I took a few things over to have him look at as I'm clearing out some items from an inheritance. I just started with a few things but I will go back.

Did not find this man friendly as noted below. He clumped sterling silver together to weigh it but never did that. Kept asking how much I wanted for my sterling flatware. Had well over $2500 in box and he said only worth $500 or so without even looking at all of it or weighing anything. Grumpy guy! Must have been a bad day for him or else e ate something bad.

I stopped in today to sell my husband's engagement ring from a previous relationship. The ring turned out to be worthless, as it was made of Tungston, but it was not a wasted trip! Brian was so professional and courteous. I regret going to Robert Haack to sell my own old ring. I could have gotten more money and a better experience here! I will definitely be referring my family and friends and will be doing my future business here!

First time I ever tried to sell gold. People told me to shop around. I went to six different places. from well known jewelers to mom and pop places. The last place I went to was International Gold & Silver. I wish I would have went there first. Brian made me feel comfortable. Unlike the other places he took the time to explain what he looked for in my items and did not mind all the dumb questions I was asking. But as always bottom line is what place will pay you the most. The highest offer I had from the other five places was $425.00. Brian offered me $500.00. I went back home to make sure I didn't have any more gold that I was willing to part with. Lol. Needless to say, if anyone ever asks me where to go to sell old jewelry, there really is no need to go anywhere but by Brian at International Gold & Silver.
