Terrible experience. If you expect safety, live elsewhere. If you expect staff to be civil and use the money you pay them in rent to upkeep the property, live elsewhere. They were flat out rude and unprofessional.



Major issues:

1. Decorative boulders were hit by plows and left in the middle of the street for weeks at a time.

2. Snow and ice we present weeks after the initial snowfall. They hardly plow. My wife fell on ice multiple times. When we complained they said: "We don't salt, you're supposed to do that."

3. Multiple requests for fixing issues were answered slowly or not at all.



Most of all if you expect friendly service or any service for the money that you spend, just DO NOT LIVE HERE. this place is a terrible place to live.
