I had the identical experience that Angela had--terrible. To re-iterate and reconfirm, the staff/owners are very very rude and downright disrespectful. They told me the same thing, that my stamp collections were basically worthless and worth nothing more than face value (which I found out later, they were not!). Plus, I brought in my collections in neat order and they proceeded to shuffle them all up and made me clean up the mess they made with my stamps. I was shocked at how they treated me and my stamp collection. They are extremely unethical and they should be investigated!

Heritage stamps was the worst experience I've had in a business, EVER ! Not only are these 3 individuals of older men rude, & quite slick mouthed with their comments. They do not have any quality customer service at all with their customers. I have obtained a Estate Collection of Stamps that goes down 3 generations. . Varying from the Untied States to All over the World. I had made an appointment with Heritage Stamps for 3pm this afternoon. (09/15/15) Upon my arrival, not only did I not receive a warm welcoming. They basically told me, "Well come on in, don't just stand there." When viewing my multiple collections of albums, one of these men in particular who seemed to be the youngest out of the group (about 52+) didn't even take 5mins to look through my albums. He simply skimmed through and only had this to say as he passed each page, "Junk, Junk, More Low end Junk." His other co-workers decided to laugh along with every comment he had to say. Never have I felt more uncomfortable with having an apraisal done with a collection that I had some knowledge of. After everything is said and done, he told me he would only give me $5 for everything I had. Dropped my last book on the pile of the rest on the counter. And proceeded to walk back to his desk. Left me having to pick up all the albums by myself and didn't even have the common courtesy to help me put them back in the box I carried them in. I know I may be a young women who may look like a dummy, but I am hardly that, and frankly HERITAGE STAMPS I know that some of these stamps can be $17.00 for one alone ! So therefore I will NEVER come back to patronize this establishment. I hope others will steer clear of this place as well !
