The companys founder and CEO, Milo Pinkerton, is an architect by trade and founded MSP Real Estate the parent company of Heritage Senior Living in 1988. MSP has since been focused on developing, constructing and managing high-quality properties in strategic markets.After ten successful developments, Milo began to see the growing need for high-quality senior housing. Motivated in part by his parents need for additional care, he created Heritage Senior Living and channeled his passion for developing into creating homelike senior housing with a variety of care levels including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Enhanced Assisted Living and Memory Care. Now Heritage has 16 locations statewide which are home to over 2,000 residents, with a dedicated care team of over 650 employees.
