I was new the area looking for a good local pizza place. I had read some of the online reviews which were not so great. but I decided to give them a try since they were within my area. I figure everyone deserves a chance and maybe these were "hard to please" customers writing reviews.



WHAT A SURPRISE!!!! The food was pretty good.....THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!!!!!! THEY WERE RUDE AND UNAPOLOGETIC. AND BEFORE I COULD EXPLAIN THE MIX UP THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE IN MY FACE.



WHEN I TOLD THE OWNER WHAT TERRIBLE SERVICE I EXPERIENCED AND TELLING HIM I WOULDN'T BE EATING THERE AGAIN, INSTEAD OF TRYING TO WIN ME BACK WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HE SAID..."IF YOU SAID YOU ARE NOT COMING BACK THEN WHY ARE YOU STILL TALKING????"



YOU BETTER KNOW AND BELIEVE THEY HAVE A "SCREW YOU" WE DON'T NEED YOUR BUSINESS ANYWAY ATTITUDE"!!!!



DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

It was early evening on a Friday... not a holiday or Super Bowl time.. just a regular Friday. I ordered 2 simple pizzas... nothing elaborate.. just cheese, sausage & pepperoni. 1 & 1/2 hr later... still no delivery. I called... got no reason or apology for the delay... just told me it will be here in 10 more min. .... Well 15 min. later I called back..... kept getting different people on phone asking me what my address is! Still no apology or reason..... just... "It will be there in a minute".... Well it wasn't!!! Got fed up & called back to cancel the no show order... all I got was "Fine... its cancelled"

I called Dominos & got my order in 20 min.! Gianellis finally showed up & parked behind the Dominos guy.... can u believe it!!?? I told him I ordered that 2 hrs ago..... & called to cancel.... well he was upset that nobody informed him of the cancellation!!... I will NEVER order or eat at Gianellis again, & will make sure to tell everyone I know of their terrible rude service!!!!!
