I worked with Jeff, the owner... He's as knowledgeable as they come, straightforward, and one of the most honest contractors I've ever dealt with. DON'T HESITATE FOR A MINUTE TO CALL THIS COMPANY!

I highly recommend this company. Not only did they do excellent work on my basement, but their customer service is five star.

Had these guys come out before buying a house and they provided great insight on what needed to be done and gave us a quote we were able to use in negotiations. That is about where the good service stopped... The guy assured me it would only take them a day to do it and they would be calling me to schedule it really soon. After a couple of weeks had passed, I called them. I was told, "They had me down as needing to be scheduled, but not scheduled yet. So they will get me scheduled." Would I have ever been scheduled if I didn't call, who knows? The plan was for them to be at our house between 8-8:30. They called at 7:30 to let me know they would not be there till around lunch. I had to leave work in the middle of the day to let them in around 12:30. When they got there, I asked them how long it would take? They said they would be done at 2pm. I was shocked. Then came the phone call at 2:30 that they were done for the day and would be back tomorrow to finish. Okay??? The next morning they were there on time, no issue. Well, no issue until I came home. They left empty chips bags, empty bottles, and a sweatshirt!!!! I read ALL these great reviews about how they cleaned up SO well when they were finished. Not only did they not sweep, but they left behind trash from their lunches. We also noticed a path of water coming from our washer. I immediately took photos and called. I left a message explaining what I came home too. The next day they called to schedule a time for someone to come over and clean up. They showed up early on a Monday as I was leaving for work. They asked that I start a wash cycle on my washer so they could make sure they tightened it all back up correctly. I gave them their trash and sweatshirt back. I then left for work. I expected to come home to a much cleaner basement, but again I had too high of hopes. The man did not even attempt to sweep up the thick layer of dust that is sprawled across their work area. I will NOT use this company again.

Did an excellent job. Only did work that was needed and charged a very fair price. Did a thorough clean-up and finished in a couple of days.

Great Job happy we chose this company cleaned up perfectly even inspector from our city and home inspector were impressed
