Saturday my cousin bought a front load washer from this used appliance store, they said they would deliver it between 3-5pm and they would call when close to our home, that wasn't a problem, the problem was, we were out n about and got home at 3:23pm and our washer was sitting outside by the back door! NEXT TO THE JUNK ONE!!! anybody could have came up and stole our washer! And it was the owner FREDDY that delivered it, (you would think the "owner" of a "business" would have more respect for his profession and the people paying for his store to stay open)That is ignorant! We never got a phone call a txt NOTHING!!!!! The funny part, the washer that was outside for garbage, we also bought from them! I am filling a report to the BBB on their crappy service and I will leave a bad review on every site I can with them, I am very annoyed with these con artists, they are ripping off people who can not afford to be ripped off, got to the Hamptons and do that crap! FREDDY, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIS APPLIANCE STORE, him and the woman in there are con artists!.

I recently went to Freddy's Appliances in search of an affordable refrigerator. There was no type of selection to choose from, but I really needed something to store my food since my fridge went bad out of the blue so I chose a decent one. The woman at the store said that they wouldn't be able to deliver same-day due to no driver, that was fine. She promised next day delivery but I would need to tip the driver a set amount of $20.00 to not only deliver the appliance, but to also remove my old refrigerator. Next day, no delivery. Now all of my food is at a total loss and when I called the store she came up with an 'amazing' story of how the truck broke down and she GUARANTEES an early delivery in the a.m. The next morning, I finally get a call from the store saying that the driver and his assistant were outside. The assistant wasn't strong enough to help the driver so I called my grandson to help the driver out. They got the refrigerator up within 15 minutes, but when it's time to remove the old appliance, the non-english speaking driver refused. I called the store and at this moment, I am COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED...the lady at the store said the driver told her that my old refrigerator is too heavy and that he'd need an additional $15.00 to remove it....I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NON-PROFESSIONAL 'BUSINESS' TO PURCHASE USED APPLIANCES. THEIR SERVICE IS CRAPPY WITH NO TYPE OF COMMUNICATION.

Freddys Crappy appliances ruined mine and my families christmas. I recently bought a stove and a dryer from there. It broke down so I called the to see if I can get it repaired. They waited two days til christmas to even look it. That day, they actuall fixed my dryer. But not the stove. They took off a piece on the stove that had nothing to do with the problem i was having with the stove. They just left it like that. Broken stove on christmas morning. No christmas dinner. Pretty crappy Right! Well thats not evn the end of my problems. Even the day after christmas I called to see if they were even going to come fix the stove and they gave me the complete run around. So i said just forget it! Give me my money back. Everyday that i called and went up there it was the same story.... We dont have the money to give you right now. Im sorry.... That doesnt work for me! So i finally went up to the store today and had to talk to the receptionist and she gave me the refund out of her own pocket. Apparently the owner came and took all the money out of the store. For what reason i dont know. (probably going down to the casino) Freddy's Appliances will not have another dime out of my pocket. They are disorgannized, unruly and they have no idea how to treat they're customers? I warn you not to do business with them. They will take your money and give poor service. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
