Dr Jon Pagenkopf was very kind, and he did a great job with my tooth extraction. I highly recommend him.

I call to make an appointment to get my teeth fixed. they decide that I need an xray. Forty minutes while still waiting in the chair, the xrays are finally done. Then ten minutes they tell me what I already knew from a previous visit. so I had to make another appointment, which is two weeks out. I wasn't seen by my original dentist because I wanted to get in as soon as possible to get my teeth fixed. Well two business later, they decided that I needed to be seen by my original dentist even though I didn't request him to fix my teeth. so my appointment was cancelled and they felt the need to make it when they felt I should come in. People do have other things to do beside rescheduling appointments. I WAS A PATIENT HERE FOR YEARS. CALLED ANOTHER DENTIST AND GOT AN APPOINTMENT ON THE SAME DAY THAT THEY CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT. PLUS THEY OVER PRICE

Depending on which Assitant checks you in..I found the staff to be intelligent and efficient in handling questions with my insurance carrier. The staff were polite. The receptionists appear to still need front desk training though. I am a current patient and do not intend on leaving. Overall I am happy so far with FD.

This office is worst than any Government facility! Do not ever visit this office if you have the following: questions purtaining to your bill, would like a refund for an OVER payment of your bill, or simple inquiries like,"What is the phone number of your billing deparment?", all the above will make you feel as if you just had a root canal that was performed by a blind three year old monkey with a heavy hand, a nervous condition, that he won't stop throwing crap at you!
