My advice is stay away. Scheduled 2 weeks out, confirmed appointment the morning of, took time off work...NO CALL, NO SHOW. Finally called after hours in response to my 3 voice mails saying their van broke down and told me they would call the next day by 10:30AM with a new plan. Again...no call by the promised time.

I used Extreme Steam in the spring to clean my carpets and they talked me into vents as well. I had 2 dogs and 3 cats and friends with allergies. I now have 1 dog left. My allergy filled friends can now come over and have very few problems. I saw what they pulled out of the ducts, GROSS!



This past Friday, I had another company come because I had a coupon. They were late, dumped the dirty water in my street, and didn't get the carpets all clean despite cleaning 5-6 mos earlier. My dog got horribly sick on the carpet on Sunday. Extreme Steam was here at 1130 on Monday. The new stains are gone, and the spots that "won't ever get clean" now look brand new again. And it'll be dry in 6 hours instead of some of the spots took 36 hours to dry. My mom's socks were black on the carpet after the previous company. I'll never call anyone else again.

I used the services of Extreme Steam Carpet Cleaning for carpet cleaning. I last used them about two weeks ago.

They did carpet cleaning of three rooms and stairs. They were on time. They were professional and punctual. I will definitely use them again.

I agree with the other one-star reviewer. The positive reviews must be a hoax. I bought a Groupon deal to get my ducts cleaned and they got me to pay additional fees that were not warranted. Terrible customer service, unprofessional staff. Go elsewhere. Check them out on Yelp my more detailed review...

I question how the last user was able to give a good rating. This was the WORST customer experience I have had with any business EVER. 1. The guy showed up AFTER I called to cancel their services. He talked me into taking 2 of my area rugs into the shop for cleaning and he would deliver back to me in 2 days. 2 days went by and they never dropped off my rugs. I called and they wouldn't return my phone calls, nor would they answer the phone. Finally a couple days later I was able to get a hold of them by calling from a different phone number, they answered and promised me a new delivery date.... again the rugs weren't delivered, nor did I get a phone call stating they wouldn't be delivered and again they wouldn't answer their phones. This happened 3 separate times. I then called again and offered to come and pick up my rugs and was told not to because the delivery was on its way to my house.... for the 4th time and 2 weeks later.......... they never showed up. I called and ranted and was very irritated was able to get them to deliver my rugs. I was given no discount, paid full price and was given multiple excuses as to the many times my rugs weren't delivered ie short staff and so on. Awful company and will never use again and don't recommend them at all.

All around best carpet cleaning service ever! I highly recommend to others.
