These people are the absolute WORST. NEVER rent from them. You WILL regret it. A list of things wrong with this company:
1. They're office is basically fake. Every time I show up during the ONLINE POSTED OFFICE HOURS, magically no one is there. Hmmm quite strange.
2. They show up without warning or notice. Every. Single. Time.
3. They block phone numbers. How old are we? 15? Let's act our age and get the courage to talk to college students.
4. They didn't do a walkthrough of our house before we moved in. So many items were left throughout the house. It was absolutely trashed. So much was broken. We also got A singular key.
5. Speaking of broken things, THEY DON'T FIX THEM.
6. Oh, and they like to take advantage of your low bank account, and steal your rent and say it never showed up, EVEN THOUGH "only 3 people have the key" to the LOCKED dropbox in the LOCKED office in the LOCKED building.

tl;dr: don't rent through Equity or Reid Webster if you want to be happy with your house/apartment.
