I went to Elite Electronics Inc.Auto Sound & Security, on 27th and Ramsey. I needed the part under the hood to be fixed so that I could use the remote start without it draining the battery and in need of a jump start. They worked on it for quite awhile to fix it temporarily. They worked on it so that I could use it until I could bring it back so that they could replace parts. They would not charge me and they told me they would take me home and bring my van back once we made a appointment to get it fixed. The price he gave me to fix it I thought was quite reasonable. This is not the first time I had been there to get something checked out and they did not charge me then either. You always hear the way people treat you badly or charge you way too much, but when someone does something good they should be praised as well. And they were all very pleasant to me.

I thought my device is already dead. Had no hope. But when I brought it here, everything went well. I am so happy and satisfied.

They stand behind their work. They have repair the work that someone else messed up and the differences is amazing. I have and would recommend Elite to all of my family and friends. You want it done right, take it to Elite.
