After finding out this is a non-profit bike shop, I am pretty cool with what they are doing.

I brought a bike in for a repair and it took a day longer than initially promised. I called them and spoke with the Manager and he explained their business and that they work with the kids on most repairs so they learn and sometimes it takes longer than expected.

I would expect more out of a normal business but because they are there to teach kids about bikes, I accept the extra time it takes. It was only three days turn around in July so it wasn't horrible but I think most shops could do it within one or two days for a tune-up.

Their used bike prices are very good and they have some nice treasures.
