I just want to give a shout out and two thumbs up to the whole crew at Classic Motorcars, Inc. especially to Billy, the owner, and Jose, the sales manager. They made my car buying experience "Stress Free" and they were very informative. Anyone who is in the market for a high quality, premium used car see the crew at Classic Motorcars first and you'll need not go anywhere else. You won't be disappointed!!

I test drove a Nissan Altima, really like the car and the price was pretty good.

When I brought the car back I told the man behind the desk that all four windows went up VERY slow.

His response to me was "it's because it's cold outside." I said, "I don't think that's the problem because I have been driving it around for awhile." He then said "all the cars on the lot have frozen windows because of the cold." I again said, "I really don't think that is why they are rolling up slow." And that was pretty much the end of the conversation.

He never offered to go back outside with me to check it out himself. Never said, ok, well, when I get a minute I will have someone look at it.

He knew I had cash in hand, ready to buy, I wasn't a "tire kicker".

Two days later I got an email from him wondering if I was still interested in the car. I sent an email back telling him I was very dissatisfied with how he treated me and dismissed my concerns about the windows. That same day he sent me another email saying he brought the car into the garage and his mechanic found out that the regulators where going in all four windows and he was fixing it.

By that time I had already purchased a car from a different lot that treated me like a person, not a silly little blonde girl.

Very poor customer service.

They lost a sale because they didn't treat me with respect.

Would not recommend them to any of my friends, unless they were men because aparently women are treated like they have no brains at all.

Billy and Team at Classic Motorcars are great to work with! From my first e-mail inquiry to picking up the car, they were responsive, gave solid advice, and really worked to earn my business. Billy clearly prides himself on not only the quality of their vehicles, but also on quality client relationships. Classic Motorcars will not steer you wrong!

That was clearly the best service i have ever gone through. All of the employes were so kind and i found the exact car i wanted with the lowest prices i could find. I would definintaly recomend ANYBODY that wants to buy a car to go to CLASSIC MOTORCARS

My wife and I had been shopping for weeks and were tired of all the b.s. When we found our car online we were leary at first but the sales manager peter was refreshing. He answered all of our questions and never pressured us, he was quite entertaining actually. He got us a great interest rate and the price was the best by far. We are extremely happy with the entire transaction, this is only place we will buy from again. Thank you Classic Motorcars.
