We are Very happy with our experience.

I stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon, within 15 mins I was able to take the car to a shop for test drive and inspection. Only issues found were already stated in disclosure. Discussed prices and possible trade in with Brian. He called me the next day with a fair offer, and later that evening met with Austin to finalize the deal, that process took maybe 30 mins and I was on my way. Quick and easy, thanks guys!

Worst customer service. Avoid it like the plague! No one was around to show the cars and the dealership is a dingy, dilapidated building. The facility is a good reflection of people inside !! When I got hold of a guy, I asked whether there is any warranty on the car, and sales guy literally pulled the key out of my hand and asked me to go to the new car dealership down the road. He also told me that it is not worth his time selling me a car. Then he just walked away! Car King is a misnomer, it is actually King of Customer Dis-service !!

I recently bought a car from them, first off when I came in they didn't even take me serious as a car buyer. they had me do an application for a car but never even submitted it in. then the car I wanted they told me it was sold. I looked on craigslist 3 weeks later and seen the car posted so I went back and told them I have the cash and wanted to buy it that day once I got it looked at, then they FINALLY started to take me halfway serious. I took it to get looked at before I bought it (which they hated that and told me I was being to pickey for the price) I found out thre was a bad oil leak that needed to be fixed asap. I told them about it and they refused to fix it or lower the price and told me there was someone to buy the car full price as is if I didn't. I ended up getting the car because thankfully my father was able to fix the problem cheap for me. THEN the check engine came on THE NIGHT I bought it!!!!!! so I called them and Bob and Brian told me that the car is mine now and that is just "maintenance" on the car that I have to pay and all they could offer is a small discount. I was so mad about it that I just gave up because I argued with them back and forth about it for a couple weeks. I have had the car now for a whole two months and I've already had to fix a valve cover gasket & powersteering belt (350$), ball joint (224$) and now the evap system and vetch malfunction which I was told by the mechanic it could cost up to 800$ and the car cost 3500$. so I have put in WAY more money than I should of had to already. So over all I WILL NOT EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND I ADVISE EVERYONE ELSE NOT TO SHOP THERE!!! Yes they claim they have been family owned for 30+ years but they are still scammers and will never go there again, they don't even deserve one star!
