I had the complete opposite experience. I went to the office at 8422 W Capitol Dr, Milwaukee, WI 53222 in mid December 2014.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They were completely professional. I had to wait in the lobby for only 5 - 10 minutes (including filling out paperwork). There were LOTS of books and magazines to read.

I had to wait in the seat for about 10 minutes.

I was seen by Dr. Reddy. She was a bit snippy and short in conversation, but not bad at all.

It was not an open office at all. I was in a private room. They did leave the door open until Dr came in to do work, but it was a room, not an open office.

I was a bit nervous to go at first with the other reviews, but this was one of very few dentists that took Badger care / Forward Health. I am glad I went ahead and went. I was in and out in under an hour Total Time.

I had an overall good experience, and look forward to returning

The girls that work upfront are somewhat rude. They have there own conversations when your at the window checking in for your appt. They always finish there conversation before they help you. When they ask you a question they yell it to you from there window, insted of asking you to come up. The dentist I saw was very nice. I don't know what his name was because he never introdused himself. He did tell me what needed to be done. The rooms are open, where a patient walks past and can look at you and see what is going on. Im happy with the work they do. There office is not very friendly i guess. Im sure it's like that because of the area that the office is located at. Put it this way there is a sign up saying No cell phones, No eating, No changing the chairs around. There is nothing they have there for you to read.
