I had an ant problem at my house and wasn't sure who to call. Thankfully, I found The Bug Man. They were at my house within 2 days and sprayed the upper and lower areas. They were prompt and knowledgeable. I have no complaints with their service and have recommended them to friends.

I have used the Bug Man & Queen Bee since 1998 for an annual bee spraying on my house due to allergies. They have always been prompt, courteous, and show up when promised. The two times that I had to call them back out, once for wasps setting up in a light fixture and once for hornets in a storage unit, they came out the next day and addressed those areas no questions asked.

They always deliver the best service prossible and I could not ask for more or a better company to work with.

Thanks Bug Man for helping me to figure out a problem we had with a wasp nest that got built inside the corner of our basement. The Bug Man explained that since it is winter and the wasps die out each year it was safe for us to remove this ourselves. Thanks so much for your help! We will contact you if we have further pest control needs!

It is mid-April in Wisconsin and I've noticed a big fat bee flying into my porch and disappearing in a crack in the siding right next to my front door. I certainly don't want a nest in that spot! I called this business and presumably talked to "Queen Bee."



She was very knowledgeable and confirmed that I do not need to use poison in the nest at this point. Just a simple caulk job once the queen leaves the nest is all that's required because it's too early in the season for other bees to be in there.



I really didn't want to use poison anyway, so many thanks to the Queen Bee taking the time to have a conversation with me over the phone about my bee problem! If I ever do need serious help, your place is the first one I'll call.
