the guy i dealt with when i had an issue with my car was amazing, his name was chris and he was extremely friendly, got things done in a timely matter, and called me everyday to keep me updated. he did his job perfectly. i was extremely impressed with how i was treated.

Don't go Braeger Chevrolet! My mom and I both had a Groupon for an Oil Change and 16 point Winterization plus top off all fluids and car wash. What a joke. Before leaving the lot I opened up my hood and noticed that they had not topped off my Anti-freeze. I mentioned this to the guy that handled the paper work. Then I noticed that they did not top off my Power Steering fluid either. The guy told us that they did not have the correct power steering fluid and he got some anti-freeze to fill the over flow container. He was not happy that I was checking under the hood and was grumbling a lot. Then I checked under my Mom’s hood and same thing. I also noticed that one of my Mom’s battery posts had a lot of corrosion. Yet on the sheet they checked that there was nothing wrong or needed attention for her battery. They obviously didn’t even look at it!. She also needed a little Power steering fluid that was not topped off. I mentioned this to the guy and he went and got something and then he over filled both my Mom’s and mine. They did not check our tires even though the sheet said they checked and filled all tires. I had one that was real low.

Right after I left there I drove to gas station to fill it up. Then my van didn’t start! I jumped it and It has been running very rough since. I now have to get a tune up. I have no idea what they did and maybe I can not prove it but I would never recommend them for anything!.

Do not trust Braeger Chevrolet!

Excellent Experience

I had an excellent experience with this dealership and with Randy Wilson. I leased a new 2012 chevy cruze. Randy was a great salesman to work with. He gave me the information I needed without being pushy. He also was willing to help me with questions on his days off and sundays which worked out the best for me with my work schedule. Overall the dealership and sales far exceded my expectations. I definately will be returning here for my future vehicles and will be recomending them to my family and friends as well.

They do a great job and I would give them an A++! I had spent days shopping all over town for a new Chevy and I am so happy I ended up at Braeger. Most dealers in town (and out of town) treat you like a number, you would think a big city dealer would do the same, NO exact opposite. They treated me like they actually cared about my business and that is why they got my business. I tell all my friends and family to skip all the nonsense and just go to Braeger, they will be my dealer for life. !!

I bought a 2005 convertible corvette from Braeger in 2005. I received an incentive from them for $1 oil changes, $1 car wash, $1 rental, etc.LIFETIME They bitched about doing the $1 oil change every time! Now they are saying it is not for synthetic oil even though they changed it with synthetic for $1 for 4 years (the car uses synthetic oil)!! Now they said they can "change the program" anytime they want and there is nothing I can do about it and they won't honor the program they used to get me to buy the car. LIARS! Don't buy anything from these creeps! No wonder GM is going under! Sorry GM you've lost my business and I will never buy from Braeger again. What they never found out is that when I took my car in for the oil change, I was going to get information on a new pickup! Idiots! Now I've contacted an attorney and I'm going to pursue this.

Braeger for has poor customer service. They don't resolve disputes well. They are dishonest and quoted a diagnostic fee being applied toward the repair when I received the bill it was in addition to the repair. I also went for a brake inspection nothing was noted they stated my brakes were okay. They following day my brake hose burst and my wheel cylinders were rusted and the bleeder was broken. As a result a nearly had a collision. Go to braeger ford at your own risk the service manager promised a refund it has been over 20 days still no refund. I was told by the Ford Motor Corp. the refund comes directly from 3804 S 27th Street. After this experience I don't plan on never visiting this dealership or buying a Ford again.

SHADY- not a place of integrity

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!



I bought a used car here about a week ago...and that is the beginning of a very shady dealership story..



1. In less that 24 hours after purchasing the vehicle/well less than even 8 hours actually. The service engine light went on! - Will they do anything about it.. NOPE.. its mine now since I bought it.. i guess they consider it all "as is" after purchase.. talk about commitment to quality.. haha



2. I took it in to be serviced because of the check engine light. Apparently both of the front wheels needed new bearings.. not a cheap fix.. and you guessed it. Braeger will do nothing for that.. unless I pay of course.



3. The car also needed an oil change and filters to boot.. another $200 bucks !!



3. The car was advertised to have 2 front fog lights and 1 rear fog light. Apparently that was an aftermarket thought and they are not hooked up.. When I called about this issue I was told by Braeger that it would be thousands of $$.. to fix.. and guess who's pocket that would come out of.. yea.. mine!! They would look at it for me though.. well I'm glad they will look at it and tell me the same thing that I was just told by my mechanic..



4. The car also only came with one key with the buttons to open the car doors. I bought the car on Saturday by Friday the remote no longer works!! not a cheap fix. It cost me $150.00 though GM for a new one.. BOY are they getting their money's worth..



5. The car did not come with an owners manual. I was told that they would call me back about a 2nd key and the manual.. I left knowing the possibility that I would never see either of these things- but after I called twice and emailed them, no one even had the curtisy to call me and tell me they couldn't find them or whatever the excuse would be, even after promising they would call me either way....



6. The choice is always up to you.. But I'm very disappointed to say the least.. I will never look at shopping at Braeger.. I should have known they had bad karma when I saw the highway being re-routed around the exit for 27th street.. haha but for what its worth, take this note to heart.
