Horrible place, so unprofessional and poor customer service. Theirs not enough space to write in details how horrible of a place this is. First let me say if that’s his real name the manager Ricky is a joke just like the owner. Save your money and go elsewhere or even buy the appliances new so you can have a real warranty. In this place you won’t get that, ur appliances won’t work properly and pieces after the fact started braking down. Than when you call right away like the next day they give you the run arounds. The funny part of it all they really think they should be the one upset because I’ve called none stop every week for a month with no call back. Like really every day the manager or owner was not around or available at all.
