Love the product it's a Honda but manager Al argued with me on the phone. I had to use my communication skills to calm him down not very professional of a manager at such a big organization. One bad apple makes them all look bad me dealing with that unprofessional manager makes the entire company look bad. I would suggest more training for Al the manager not very skilled with customers. Overall love the Honda but I would not go back there for another car .

Do NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They will say your down payment has been received, not send you any confirmation, then 6 months later say they are taking legal actions if they do not get their down payment. They will scam you the first chance they get. BE WARNED, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!!!
