The staff was very kind and I my baby also feels very comfortable with the staff and the doctor due to their careful and protective care of my pet as well.

I brought my 100lb pit bull Sparky to get his shots and my experience there was amazing. I was very nervous as Sparky can be intimidated easily, but all the nurses were extremely kind and the Doctor was informative and awesome. He took great care of Sparky. Sparky was happy during his visit and loved the treats. Thank you doc and your staff for everything. We look forward to seeing you soon!

I had an emergency Sunday, my dog was mauled by a pit-bull, serious injuries, found doctor Singh in phone book, told me to bring the dog in. Met him at his clinic, and asked him to treat my injured dog, in no way did tell me my dog needed to be put to sleep, he just told me needed deposit and asked for 300, he never said this dog needs to be put to sleep, he took the dog and my money, I left and went home, ever to even get a call until 4:30 in the afternoon, this happened at 8:30 am, and I got to vet at 10 am. lied and told us dog walked and let us take it home after 6 in evening Sunday, he stitched him up using staples, and then stated bill high because of found two other bite wounds, and did blood work, not even on the bill, All he gave me was pain meds and antibiotics, not once during the envaluation did he say this is serious, or how badly hurt my dog was, He just charged me 568, then come to find out bill was only 527, I had to call to say you overcharged me so he refunded me 31 dollars, for the next five days never moved, and just gasped for air and had this horrible look on it's face, I cried for him, He suffered for five days, I called Dr Singh like every day, and it seemed like I was annoying him, I told him dog is hurting, tells me bring him in so can see again, he knew dog was hopeless, but i just drove all the way over there again, I live really far away from him, I took my dog back he then tells me hopeless needs to put to sleep seriously injured, why did you make this dog suffer painfully and needlessly for five days, just to get my money, and then he charged me 45 to put my dog to sleep..582 dollars for a pain suffering and a dead dog..he didn't care about my pet, all he seen was dollar signs since had a credit card..I wish I would have just taken to emergency clinic, they would have done the right thing and euthanized right away, not let a poor animal suffer for 5 days my poor baby, gasping for air..in agony..ignorant jerk..money hungry rip-off &*^hole..no vet would have done what he did to us, I thought my dog was salvageable, he never told me on Sunday, this dog needs to be put down, all he wanted was my money, and to get rid of us and want us to go away..I wanted my money back, or at least partial refund since felt he did not help my dog, just ripped me off, said well you told me taking him to another vet, I didn't know supposed to get a second opinion as to how exactly hurt he was, He told me, I just did what you asked, I told him what happened, he had the dog 6 hrs, are you telling me in all that time, you could see how hurt he was, I mean it was an emergency, I needed honest opinion, instead I got ripped off and a dead dog who suffered needlessly and painfully because someone is greedy and selfish..I'm complaining to WI Regulation and licensing bureau about this abuse and negligent treatment of my dog. I loved that dog, to watch it suffer for five days was heartbreaking, besides the emotional pain he affected on my family, this was so heartless and cruel. Dr Singh you are no friend too animals..This rip off is going to be hard to pay, think twice before taking your animals to this rip-off, he doesn't care, only wants money.

Brought my cat our family got a week ago in here today. Bad experience! I had a free exam coming from the WHS, and only had 1 week to use it. When we entered the exam room, I asked the nurse how much it would be for a rabies shot. I wanted to compare prices to the WHS (which is cheaper.) I was unaware there was a Lukemia shot for cats. The nurse explained there is a blood test to check for Lukemia before getting the shot, as well as a booster. I asked how much they were. Long story short I told her I did not want to get any shots or anything done until my next visit, because I was not expecting to have to pay for anything today, since i was there for our limited time free exam. Right after that conversation, she took my cat to run a test, which I though was routine for an exam since I just told her I didn't wish to have anything other than an exam. NOPE. She gave my cat the Lukemia test, and ordered both the rabies and Lukemia shot. The doctor came in and I told him I did not wish to have shots done today, and he said the testing was already done for Lukemia and needed to be paid for before leaving. I told him I said to the nurse, that I would rather wait. I confronted the nurse about what I said to her, and she just sat there quiet like she was slow and didn't say anything or even apologize for the miscommunication. The doctor also acted like the situation was my fault. What was so hard to understand about me saying I wanted to handle the shots on my next visit??? Terrible customer service! Not to mention the exam was a joke. All the doc did was look at my cat's teeth. I will NOT be paying for the testing, and when they send it to collections I will be disputing it and taking my money and pet elsewhere!

I took my Kitty Rocky to this vet, for some medical problems. Dr. Singh perfomed the examination very well with a through explanation. I was not able to afford the costs, so he made all the costs afforable. He fixed all the problems with my kitty and now my kitty is doing great! I recommend everyone to go to Advanced Veterinary Care.

Advanced Vet Care Clinic is a great clinic to bring your sick pet. My dog, Max was very ill and had a high fever. When I got to Advanced Vet Care Clinic the clinic was about to close and i told about my sick dog.Dr Singh recommended to bring in for exam.He examined dog and discussed treatment options.He told me Max is not in very good shape,but suggested to try treatment.He stayed himself late to closely monitor max.After about 5 hours ,Max started feeling little better,then he gave me some hope.He kept Max for 3 days.Max is doing great.Iam very happy with his honest way of treatment.I recommend from my heart to try this clinic for you pets.

I was completely impressed with Advanced Veterinary Care Clinic when I recently brought my 13 year old dog into see them. I've been going there for years, but only for shots, Bob has been very healthy up to this point, but stopped eating ,drinking and he was having a diffcult time urinating. Everyone was soo professional, but yet friendly. After I saw the doctor he had a couple of ideas what could be wrong with Bob. He gave me a couple of options seeing as I am on a restricted budget. Dr.Singh did xrays of the bladder. To make a long story short it turned out he had a bladder stones.. The doctor discussed with me the treatment option which was surgery. He told me the anesthetic risk that could occur to Bob because of his old age. Finally after a long discussion, I agreed to the surgery. He did the surgery and kept the dog overnight for monitoring. The next day the dog was doing great and he started eating drinking and urinating fine, it looked like he was one year old. Dr. Singh is a amazing doctor. He is very professional, knowledgeable and a great human being. Advanced Veterinarian Care Clinic had reasonable prices and I recommend everyone to take their pets there.
