When my furnace had a problem and stopped working it took their system over 4 hours to send someone over to fix it. I called at 7:30pm and the tech was not notified until 10:40pm. When I called Leslie Rowley (owner of the company) to express my disappointment in the service she could not have cared less. The service is terrible and I will be switching to another company.

Horrible service. Dishonest company claiming that being family owned and "small" means customers will be well taken care of. Customer service here is nothing more than a money making opportunity at any cost, even if unethical,. We caught them in lie after lie after they billed us incorrectly. They claimed our tank was at a certain percentage unaware that we had checked ourselves before they filled us. We had reason in the past to believe they were being dishonest but it was always dismissed.... Our word vs the honorable nothing to gain driver. This time we protected ourselves by checking first & taking a picture of the gage, and it proved to be the smart thing to do. They tried to pull the same bs again. Blatant lies that resulted in us paying over $200 extra for propane we never even received. Even when calling them out the defensiveness was on fire from the gal I spoke to. She tried everything to the point of embarrassment to cover up what they had done. I can just imagine how many customers have been conned & overcharged without knowing. Shame on you Rowley Fuels Milton VT! I can just imagine the type of "family" you are if this is how you represent the word.
