After reading other people's reviews on Yelp (http://www.yelp.com/biz/bintang-badminton-academy-milpitas-milpitas), I breathe a sigh of relief to know that I'm not crazy! The owners here (especially the little Asian lady) are beyond rude. The courts are good quality but it is clear that the owners do not care at all regarding customer service. I would go as far to say as she has not an ounce of human compassion. When I was 34 weeks pregnant, I went with my husband to watch him play and the rude owner demanded that I also pay the drop in price. That's ridiculous! It's clear that not only I was not dressed to play but that I was not in any medical shape to play. Clearly these people only care about taking your money. This is not specific to this gym but I have gotten similar treatment at ALL the Bintang gyms. Stay away from all of them!!!
