My husband and I made a Valentine's Day reservation weeks in advance and were looking forward to it. Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. I cannot even attribute it to the busy Valentine's Day because we ate at 5:30 in the afternoon. There was one waiter and one waitress for the entire restaurant, and many "helpers" who delivered food and such. Everyone was in a state of chaos. We didn't even get bread at the table until almost 20 minutes after we sat down. We saw our waitress literally ONCE the entire time we were there. My dinner was so inedible that I did not eat it. The hostess finally came over (no apology) to tell me to give it to her and she would fix it, but by that time my husband was finished his meal (which was also bland and tasteless) and I told her no. So she walked away! We had to go up to the reception desk twice to plead for the check so we could get out of there. Finally, my husband went up and was told they were going to be kind enough not to charge me for my meal. No apologies, nothing. The table next to us sent food back to the kitchen while we were there, and the couple at the table on the other side said they had been waiting 20 minutes for a waitress. As we left, another customer was out in the lobby complaining to the hostess, who looked uninterested and didn't really seem to care. I'm sure there may be regulars that she takes care of, but I will never go back there. It was a huge disappointment
