I was very worried about choosing someone to build my enclosed porch. I had many bad stories about fraudulent contractors. I asked around and talked to some people at the lumber store, where a friend of my son's works. I was given one name from 3 different people, so I made the decision to use him and I am so glad I did. My enclosed porch or Florida room as my wife puts it is better than beautiful. I have had so many compliments on it. the funny thing is the guy who lives next door was mad as a hornet when he saw it. For the last year and half he has bragged and bragged about his enclosed porch. I thought the floor wasn't level and 2 of the windows were not in right, but I am not a carpenter but I am also not blind. I didn't say anything though, but we had some snow this winter and both those windows leaked and when I was over there for his nephews birthday the young child was able to lay the ball on one end of the room and it rolled to the other side without a push. Our homes are not that old and pretty big, so any swindler would be in line to take us for a buck. Not only did he have bad workmanship but he paid more than a few thousand more, but even if Nick charged me more now, I would pay it. His work speaks for itself. he is also polite and respectful and a good worker. If you want someone honest and good at what they do, then do yourself a favor and call Sellers and Sons Construction. It will be the best thing you ever did.

I have had many people do work for me in the past, but I have never had anyone like Nick Sellers. He is a genuinely honest person. He tells you right up front what is happening, whether you want to hear it or not. He doesn't pull any bull. His work is the best I have ever seen. Nick and his workers were polite and very considerate. If anyone is looking for work done, whether it is a roof, flooring, a deck or whatever you want he does it all. I know because he has done them all for me. Don't be a fool and call someone else. I am not a pushover or a fool.
