Kevin is very out going and made sure i got what i wanted. The place is very clean and they wipe down surfaces after each client. Stefani did an AMAZING job recreating the nails that i wanted and double checked with me to ensure i got what i wanted!

Decided to give this salon a second chance (only because I had to get them done), I shouldn't have. First time going the owner kept pushing me to buy his skin care products. So I did not go back because I thought it was rude and even more rude for him to get mad that I didn't purchase the overpriced product. My 2nd time was just as bad. I asked a simply question and he defensive real fast and mind you I hadn't been there since a year ago. SO no reason to get defensive and then literally be very rude and rough doing my nails. Umm last I know your hands and fingers only can bend so many ways and very rude how he keeping jerking and ripping my hands. Then when I was paying they only take CASH tips so I had to go to food lion to get a tip for him and should have went with my gut and not leave one. I came back and gave him a tip ($5.00) and when I put in next to him, he literally looked at it, looked up and then back to work on a ladies nails. NEVER SAID THANK YOU, so i yelled WELCOME walking out when I literally wanted to walk back in and take it back. But I am bigger and better person. Should have listened to others and ask for Dee or listened to not go back. I will continue to go back up north to my old salon because I am not treated like he did to me and from what I have heard he is a joke and some of nail techs in long neck and Georgetown laugh when I say the name of the place and why I don't go to Rose's Nail Salon. Happy for others who have great experiences there but sad I didnt again and I was not even rude. Didn't think simply question (more like advice) was a crime. Not to mention my nails look ok not great (as all say) because he did not get most of the last gel polish off and can clearly see it because I got tropical (half nail painted) very sad and all I can say is KARMA. Pathetic & Disgusting how he treats people.

Dee did an amazing job on my nails! She took so much time and made sure that I loved my nails, which I do! She is so creative and she is a great artist. I will definitely be back. My daughter also got a mani/pedi by another lady (I feel so bad that I didn't get her name because she did such a great job as well). While I was there, I observed the care that all the employees were giving each of their customers and I was just so impressed. I highly recommend this business!

Aside from the fact that the young man had the sniffles, he was using his arm as a tissue. Needless to say I have the flu now. Also I was conned onto getting the diamond nails instead of the usual acrylic. Well guess what the diamond nails are also acrylic and no better. They're just more expensive. Fooled me once and that is enough

Had a really great experience here! I had the deluxe mani-pedi and it was amazingly thorough. I left all exfoliated and moisturized with a really great polish job. The customer service was also very nice. They brought me bottled water, they ask if the massage is too rough or too soft, and the whole place is really clean and nice.
