Do not ever go to this place. They do not discuss anything with you at all. I went for glasses and ended with a $1000 pair of glasses that I can see no better out of than my old ones. When I went to have them adjusted they stated I had an appointment, they sent me back, a doctor came in for about 5 mins listening to me complain of the glasses, then they without my knowledge billed my medical insurance for over 400 worth of services. Services that I did not receive and would never have consented to. Now they keep sending me bills every month and adding $7 every month to the bill for interest even though I have complained that I did not receive the services. Horrible, horrible experience.

said the would have my glasses in a week went back a weak later no glasses said it would be another 2 weeks. Tryed to get a refund they did not know how to do that its been a week and still no refund Took my scrip to lensecrafter's for safety glasses; turned out to be wrong scrip. I had to go back to lensecrafter to get a note saying the were made correctly before the would remake me an appontment to check the script. What a bunch of B/S say way from this place.
