Provided by YP.comWent to them, because the old owners of the place had a sterling reputation. Expected the replacement of an Alternator to cost $400.. they Quoted me $540.. and CHARGED ME $635. They did fix the problem, (alternator light is off and the old whining/droning sound is gone), but when driving home noticed that the car was making sounds like the frame was flexing during turns and a more rattling than normal. (I couldn't take it back, as they had closed.. nursed the car home). They call me Frantically the next morning pleading for me to come back as they forgot to tighten the bolts in the passenger side tire swing-arm. Me and my Wife could have been killed if the bolts had fallen out and with it, the whole front passenger drive wheel assembly during a turn. What is their opinion when I creep back to their garage fuming.. "Well.. these things happen!".
