Great service! Kind and courteous staff. The technician was on time, very knowledgeable and went out of their way to find a solution and fix my stove even though the part I needed was discontinued. The costs were also much lower than other appliance repair companies. Wonderful experience!

Never will I do business with or recommend this company. I was given a two hour time frame and the repair man showed up hours after, without so much as an apology. He says it is the price you pay to have my machine fixed right. I could not believe the arrogance. Not only was he extremely rude but he was the owner no less. A little red haired napolean.

Over the years my family has had the need of the services of an appliance repair company and as usual it has been in the type of tough economic times we all find ourselves in today (12-03-10). Our experience has been, that we were more than satisfied with JS Appliances, although it might have hurt at decision time. Do we fix or do we buy new? If we fix, will it break again? Most of the time it comes down to that of a weighted risk of estimated cost (of repair vs. new?) to possible value (of used vs. new?), and of course your expendable money available at that time.

Everyone wants to hear that your appliances will be better then new, after they have the replacement parts, but that’s just not the way life works. It has been my experience that after an initial diagnosis, that JS Appliance will give you the news, good or bad, with their experience and integrity, and you will make a decision based upon the total circumstances before you. I am very unhappy with the service that was provided to me. I payed a very high price just to have a different problem with the same appliance a few days later. I was given a new estimate which was almost as high as the first. I feel this company is a rip off and will not be recommending them.
